It seems as if even with 1338 songs on my WinAmp, I have no songs to listen to. For those of you who don't know me well, I don't really watch TV... unless it is Nick Jr. in the morning, or Nick at Nite at night. So, at about this time (8:00 pm), I am not looking at the TV. Normally, I would be studying, or hanging out with someone, or doing what I am doing now... listening to music. But, there is nothing to study (even though I have a speech exam on Saturday), everyone else is either studying, taking an exam, or with their significant other, and as I have said before, I have no interesting music to listen to. I have heard this all before... hmm... that's a song I haven't heard in a while (Heard It All Before by Sunshine Anderson).
Okay... so that takes care of that. I found a song to listen to... haha. Anyway, today has been utterly unproductive... not that I really have a lot to do. I had to stay in my room and be available to my residents for checking out. I guess maybe 10 people left today or so. Not many. But, I had to stay in here... it was boring. I tried to pack... Can I just say that I hate that mess. Packing is awful. It would just be more fun to leave everything here and just buy all new stuff for when I get home. But get this... I have to move 4 more times before I finally get to The Reserve in August:
1. Move out of Mauldin back home (Sunday).
2. Move out of the house back to Mauldin (5/27).
3. Move out of Mauldin back home (end of July).
4. Move out of the house into The Reserve (8/15).
That sucks. I guess I should be excited because of how eventful this summer will be. In all honesty, home is going to be really boring. I can't wait to get back up here on the 27th.
In other news, that 91.3 in PEek got bumped up to a 92... so, I made an A in PEek. w00t! I guess that means that I am pretty qualified to teach kids PE... or at least integrate it into my class... or as Kalani would say, I made an A in learning how to make sports equipment if I was in a poor ghetto school. So, this love-hate-love-hate r-thingy has ended up a love-hate-love-hate-love r-thingy. I mastered PEek.
So, now we're listening to the Backstreet Boys, "Drowning in Your Love." Damn love song. Ugh. I can't get away from it.
Oh. That reminds me. I watched Love Actually on Tuesday. Before I watched it, Patrick warned me, "Now Hamilton, it is gonna make you want a r-thingy (of course, he said the real word)." And it did. Honestly, it was a VERY sweet movie. I mean, even for the most bitter person like me, who has a hard time believing that love is right there around the corner, it kind of showed me that it is... like Hugh Grant said at the beginning of the movie, "Love actually, is all around us." It is... somewhere.
Ah yes... Arturo Sandoval, "The Latin Trane..." good shit.
